The Editorial Board reserves the right to refuse the article if there have been no changes made in them that meet the demands made by peers, and in case of doubt, the Editorial Board can use the assessment of one more member of scientific committee.
18. The authors should be notified of receipt of their article within a period of up to 8 (eight) days from the submission of their contribution, and should be sent the results of its evaluation within (90) ninety days from the date of confirmation of receipt. Authors who do not receive a message from the journal in the above-mentioned deadlines should seek further contact with the Editor to find out whether there was a loss of electronic correspondence.
