A Cartilha de Construção de APGs é um material de apoio que orienta os pós-graduandos no processo de formação de uma entidade de representação.
As APGs formam a rede do Movimento Nacional de Pós-Graduandos e são responsáveis por repercutir as ações da ANPG em cada canto do país, além de conduzirem as reivindicações específicas de cada programa, instituição e/ou Universidade.
