O Conselho Nacional de Associações de Pós Graduandos (CONAP) é uma instância deliberativa da ANPG. Reúne as APG’s de todo o Brasil para deliberar sobre assuntos de interesse do Movimento Nacional de Pós-Graduandos.
Segundo o estatuto da ANPG, compete ao CONAP:
I – Encaminhar, conjuntamente com as diretorias Nacional e Executiva da ANPG, as deliberações do Congresso;
II – Deliberar, em segunda instância, acerca das teses, moções, adendos e propostas, desde que não conflitantes com as deliberações do Congresso;
III – Estudar e emitir pareceres sobre os trabalhos da Diretoria;
IV – Convocar, quando necessário, o Congresso extraordinário, devendo para isso contar com 2/3 do total de votos das entidades credenciadas ao Conselho;
V – Marcar data exata e local do Congresso e elaborar o Regimento Interno;
VI – Convocar, quando necessário, o novo CONAP, marcando para isso local e data para o evento;
VII – Revogar o mandato dos diretores da ANPG, garantido o amplo direito de defesa, no limite de 1/3 da diretoria, e preencher vacância na diretoria, independente da composição das chapas eleitas no CNPG.
45º CONAP
A 45ª edição aconteceu entre os dias 17 a 19 de novembro de 2023, na cidade de Recife/PE. Além de convocar a convocação do 29º Congresso Nacional de Pós-Graduandos (CNPG), o fórum debate mudanças importantes no Estatuto da ANPG. Haverá os seguintes itens de pauta:
(i)informes;
(ii)atualização de campanhas e pautas da ANPG;
(iii)elaboração de propostas para alteração do estatuto da ANPG;
(iv)convocação do 29º Congresso Nacional de Pós-Graduandos (CNPG);
(v)outros assuntos.
